Guardians of the Harbour (2019)
These geese were local residents of Apollo Bay’s harbour. Seeing them roaming freely reminded me of earlier times when we lived more closely with livestock, so I have given them an evocative old-world treatment. Sadly, there is only one left now, re-homed on a local farm property, as she was lonely without her companions. We miss seeing them about the waterfront.
